The script is so confusing you give up trying to follow what's going on long before the big heists happen. The characters take a shotgun to the forth wall in an extended sequence joke sequence seemingly only in there because someone decided the movie needed to be ten minutes longer.

Oh, and the actually robberies went from plausible, if unlikely from the first movie to completely implausible, and illogical.

It's not really a fun movie in any respect, unless you're a huge Julia Roberts' fan.
