This movie is different. I haven't seen the original movie that it's a remake of, so I can't comment on that. Viewed from a fresh perspective, however, it's great! The basic premise of a real life response to zombies works amazingly well. The story is cohesive and believable. There are enough characters involved that you're sure to find someone to identify with.

I really recommend this flick, though I would recommend not sticking around for the flashes of story that occur during the credits. The ending of the movie is good, there's no need to muck it up with a stupid little segue after it ends.
