When I finally sat down to watch the movie, I was pleasantly surprised. We follow the lives of a few humans in a dragons-have-awoken world. It's an interesting story, and the character development that's done adds to the story. Really, the movie's only fault is when it begins to end. Once the American Army (or what's left of it) shows up the action element is fun to watch. After that, the movie almost seems like it doesn't know how to end. We're introduced to a handily plot element that lets the movie end pretty easily, and then we watch the inevitable humanity-overcomes and wins ending.

It was a cheesy ending, but a good movie, well worth it.
