I first picked up the book because the movie's portrayal of Frank Abagnale fascinated me. I really wanted to know where the real life ended and Hollywood's fiction picked up.

For once, real life is much more fascinating that fiction. The schemes he pulls off are every bit as brazen in the movie, but unlike in the movie, you see just how wide his nets were. You also see a bit more into his morality, and the whole end game. While the movie doesn't make his life in prison look like a fun time, you realize just how torturous France's prison system is.

The book itself is really well written, and fun to read. If you enjoyed the movie and want to see what really happened, I highly suggest you pick up this book.
