on July 9, 2003Once again Pixar shines through. Much like their other movies, this is a great movie that both children and adults can enjoy. While I didn't enjoy it as much as I did Toy Story, it's nevertheless funny. Ellen DeGeneres really shines through; her voice really adds a lot to this movie.
While I enjoyed it, and the animation was top notch, I can't help but wondering if Pixar is slipping a little bit. The story seemed to be a bit lacking, and tried to rely on some of the old feel-good type tricks you'd expect from a standard Disney flick. I hope Pixar isn't running out of steam.
