on September 5, 2002I recently saw this movie again. The first time through I missed a good chunk of it, so I didn't think much of it. This time through, however, I saw the whole thing, and still feel like I missed a large bit of it.
The premise is fascinating. It promises to be a good sci-fi story that uses the story to explore human psychology. The reality is a cheesy movie, full of flat characters, and math, that if you think about it hurts. It's rather disappointing, for a movie that has only one set, you'd think they would worry about the script more than they did.
In the end, I felt it was a interesting experiment, with enough going on to keep me interested, but not enough actually happening to make me like the movie.
