on December 29, 2001Like many people, I was introduced to the Blue Man Group in the series of recent Intel ads. They were interesting ads, but I didn't think much of them. Then, I found out they're a group with performances similar to Stomp.
This CD is really good. I'll be the first to admit the music probably isn't for everyone; it's very raw and powerful stuff. Music that can convey a raw emotion is always very powerful, and this really delivers.
The fact they use homemade, very unique instruments only adds to the experience. It is really is a treat to listen to this music loud, and try to picture what they're doing to create it.
