Xenocide continues where Ender's Game and Speaker for the Dead left off.

It's a fascinating book, as it explores some of the more complex issues behind life, and the theories that are presented as part of this science fiction universe are thought provoking if nothing else.

It also deals with death, as could be expected, and perhaps more interestingly it also deals with controlling large groups of people through drugs, propaganda, and religion or genetic manipulation, depending on your point of view.

All in all it's an excellent book, and a very good continuation of the series of stories. My only gripe is the end. The bit about "middle-verse" felt a bit cheap to me, and in my opinion opened a really nasty can of worms. It will be captivating to see where the next book goes with all of this.
