I have very fond memories of the first Toy Story, where it seemed I only stopped laughing long enough to hear the dialog and start laughing again. This movie didn't seem to be paced as well. There were plenty of jokes, but for the most part, the jokes seemed too forced, and out of place. Watching the supplemental material on the DVD, it seems much of this movie is made up of the left over ideas and jokes that didn't make it into the first movie. In my opinion, it shows. This is a good movie, but it doesn't hold up to the first one.
