Let me start by saying that I couldn't get through this movie in the first sitting. I just gave up, and went to bed. The next morning the fact I had left a story incomplete had bothered me so much that I sat down and watched the second half of the movie.

I still have the same nagging feeling, but that's because they didn't bother to close up the story.

That, however, is the least of my problems with this movie. Throughout much of the picture, it felt like it was wandering, almost as if the writers were making it up as it was filmed. There were far too many scenes that simply left me scratching my head, trying to figure out what the point was.

I guess this is a Hollywood artsy film, but whatever it is, I've wasted two hours of my life watching it.

After hearing what Scott thought of this movie, I almost didn't even bother to watch it. He really didn't care for this movie at all, and I thought, well, if it's that bad, maybe I won't even bother. I am so glad I did bother. This movie anything but sucked. I liked it allot. I thought the characters were interesting, and I never got bored with the storyline. It's an interesting story, and I was pulled in to it for the full 2+ hours. I can see how the movie isn't for everyone, and you probably have to be in a certain frame of mind before watching it, but it is definatly a good and well done movie. I am so glad I got bored that evening and decided to watch it.
