I don't think I've ever managed to see so many circular logic conclusions in one book before. This book was billed as being all about Jesus the man. I was expecting a somewhat non-religious view of Jesus Christ, and his history. What I got was nothing like that. It was more than anything else one man's quest to re-affirm his faith. He seemed to like asking difficult to answer questions, but then would only point to a section of the bible, or a bit of history, and say, if this says so, it must be so.

Oh yeah, he suggested one question that I asked, which I've forgotten which one, was just ignorant, and anyone shouldn't need to ask it. This was really a disappointment, I quite obviously wasn't the target audience, since I questioned his assumptions, and he was writing to those that don't question him at all.
