Bone Collector, The Release Year: 1999 Average Rating: Last Reviewed On: March 19, 2000 (by Scott) (DVD version) Scott's Review: on March 19, 2000 Apparently there's only one good forensic detective in all of New York. At least, that appears to be the premise of this movie. We follow our intrepid hero, not tough since he's a paralyzed, retired detective for the NYPD. A new series of crimes begin to show themselves, all gruesome, and all with clues leading to the next. We follow the mind-numbing chain to its obvious conclusion; some bit player from the beginning tries to murder the detective for something done in the past. In the end, this is a very bland story line, very poorly done. -- Scott and Michelle
