MINI Cake.

So when you order a new Mini Cooper, you can track the build and shipping process of your car online. When the car begins the build process, they call it it's "Birth Day". Yep, Mini is all cutsey like that. Anyway, this last Thursday, Jan 15th, was the 1 year anniversary of our cars birth day. So, as a sort of celebration, and because I was feeling adventurous, I decided to try and make a cake version of our car. And while admittedly it isn't much to brag about, (the top is too high, and the frosting isn't exactly smooth), I do have to give myself some mild props that I was able to end up with something that even remotely resembled our car in any way at all.
