Tallyn on the News!

So my 7 year old niece Tallyn was on the local news this morning. Tallyn wrote a school paper last spring where she mentioned that one of the things she does in the morning is watch MJ McDermott of "Q13 news in the morning" do the weather. So my sister sent it in to her, and it made the air this morning! It was a small segment, MJ showed the pic of Tallyn holding her paper, and quickly went over what it said. And even though she mis-pronounced Tallyn's name (it rhymes with "talon", like an eagles claw), it was still a fun little moment.

So now we have a local celebrity in the family. Let's hope the fame doesn't go to her head.
