Scott's razor is alive.

This morning, I hear this strange buzzing sound coming from somewhere. I thought it might be someone in the neighborhood mowing their lawn even though it didn't really sound like it. But I go outside to check anyway, and it wasn't. In fact, the moment I left the house I couldn't hear it anymore. So, I come back in, and hear it again. It was definitely in the house. But what was it? Where was it coming from? Running water? No. A switch shorting out? No. A giant bee living inside the walls? No. I stopped. Followed the sound, and ended up in the upstairs master bath where as it turns out, the sound was coming from Scott's Norelco electric razor buzzing on the shower shelf. This stupid thing started all by itself! Just sitting there, and then turned itself on. Ghost? Yeah, hope the hell not. Though it does pose an interesting question; Do ghosts shave? Anyway, I digress. So now the thing won't stop. I pushed every button on the thing (all "1") and called Scott having given up trying to figure it out. I felt like an idiot. I mean, who can't figure out how to turn off an electric razor? Anyway, it turns out it actually can't be shut off because the switch is broken. So now it just has to run til it dies. Figures.

What a bizarre start to the day.
